Senior infra, on demand

I've spent the last years running production cloud platforms at every scale. At big-tech companies that meant hosting services under huge traffic loads, where careful capacity planning is the difference between a smooth launch and an outage. You can find the full history on my LinkedIn.

I'm just as comfortable with the challenges smaller companies face: migrating manually-created cloud resources into Infrastructure as Code, adopting CI/CD from scratch, and troubleshooting systems that have no observability to begin with.

Right now I'm building an almost-free, cloud platform to host this very site and some tools — and sharing what it takes to get there on a tiny budget.
